Developed during World War II, the Fairbairn-Sykes quickly became the weapon of choice for elite forces like the British Commandos and U.S. Army Rangers. Military Armament Corp honors this iconic blade with a high-quality reproduction that combines historical accuracy with modern craftsmanship—making it an essential piece for collectors, military history enthusiasts, and those who appreciate functional, battle-tested tools.

Key Features:

  • Classic Design: The Inglis Fairbairn-Sykes Knife features the signature double-edged, tapered blade, ideal for thrusting attacks and precise cutting. The dagger’s needle-sharp point and flat-ground edges are designed for swift, lethal strikes and optimal penetration, staying true to the original knife’s combat-ready design.

  • Durable Blade Construction: Made from 440A stainless-steel, the blade offers exceptional edge retention, strength, and durability. The steel is treated to resist corrosion, ensuring the knife stays sharp and ready for action, whether for tactical use or display.  Blade finish: Black Titanium Plating.  Blade hardness: 55-57 HRc.  Cutting edge: 20Ëš.

  • Ergonomic Handle: The handle is made from a durable, textured synthetic material, providing a firm, non-slip grip even in intense conditions. The distinctive ""D""-shaped guard protects the user's hand from slippage and offers a secure, comfortable hold for controlled, precise maneuvers.

  • Authentic Leather Sheath: The knife comes with a high-quality, genuine leather sheath, designed for safe storage and quick access. The sheath includes a convenient belt loop for easy carry, allowing you to keep the knife within reach at all times.

Absolutely easy to use the website to order, the shipment tracking was spot on, actually arrived early, product was exactly as advertised, very nice reproduction addition to my collection. It had no defects and blemishes. Love it.

Good reproduction of a classic knife.

Good reproduction. Great sheath, better than any other reproduction I have ever bought. Solid as a rock. Mine needed sharpened but most knives do when you get them. Great addition to my woods belt kit. Worth the price.

    Inglis Fairbairn Sykes Knife

It seems to be made well enough and the sheath is pretty good, but the edge is nonexistent. It appears to be intentional. It would be difficult to have such an even edge this dull. Perhaps I missed something in the description, though I'm not sure why a display piece would have a decent sheath. Seriously disappointing. And it's gonna take time and effort to fix it.

    As a reproduction ...

Posted by Robert Leffler on 2026 Jun 22nd

It beats other reproductions. I received mine and my ordered MK II, today they were ordered on the 14th of June, 2026. They took the Milk Run getting from Knoxville, TN to Fort Mill, SC. They saw some country along the way, they saw in order Louisville, KY, Gastonia, NC, Phoenix AZ, Avondale, AZ, Memphis, TN, Charlotte, NC and across the border to Fort Mill, SC. A total of more than - 4,821 miles ... that is call coverage with USPS.

    OK not like original

Handle is not weighted brass & lacks pummel end. Blade is not the same either, the original is much better balenced.
