Holiday Office Closures & Modified Support Hours

At SDS Arms, we value the dedication of our customers and the hard work of our team. During the holiday season, we believe it’s important to allow our employees time to spend with their families and loved ones. In observance of the upcoming holidays, SDS Arms will be adjusting our office operations and customer service availability.

Holiday Closures

SDS Arms will be fully closed on the following dates:

• December 25 - Christmas Day

• January 1 - New Year’s Day

No order processing, shipping, or customer service responses will occur on these dates.

Limited Customer Service Support

We will have limited customer service support hours on:

• December 24

• December 26

• December 31

In addition, our customer service team will be operating with reduced staffing through the New Year, which may result in longer-than-normal response times for emails, calls, and order inquiries.

What Customers Should Expect

• Slower response times for customer service inquiries

• Possible delays in order processing and shipment updates

• Continued effort by our team to provide assistance as promptly as possible during limited hours

Even during this period, we remain committed to supporting our customers and the lawful exercise of Second Amendment rights to the best of our ability.
